Caption: I visited Boston in October 2008 for a 1 week conference. I paid for the weekend before the conference and had a wonderful time exploring the city. I explored many museums along the Freedom Trail, the museum of fine arts (MFA), and explored much by foot and Subway. The people were nice, with a strong collegiate presence. It reminded me a bit of SF, shops had character, and people were unique. I ate awesome seafood each night. Yum!

Location: Boston is the capital and largest city in Massachusettes. The greater boston urban area has over 1M people. Boston was founded in 1630 by Puritan colonists from England. Early Bostonoians initiated the American Revolution. Boston is full of history, some well knonw events are the Boston Massacre, the Boston Tea Party, several battles, and for Paul Revere.
